** Shares of Vaxcyte  PCVX.O  rise ~2% to $47
    ** Co says the U.S. FDA cleared the marketing application
for its invasive pneumococcal disease vaccine VAX-31 
    ** Says it expects to start trials in Q4 and announce
topline trial data in the second half of 2024
    ** Pneumococcal disease is a bacterial infection that can
lead to illnesses such as pneumonia, meningitis and sepsis
    ** Including session's move, stock down ~3% YTD
