** Shares of VBI Vaccine  VBIV.O  rise ~9% to 68 cents
before the bell 
    ** Co says its pan-coronavirus vaccine candidate, VBI-2901,
induced antibody titers against variants of concern in early
stage study 
    ** VBI-2901 is a "multivalent" shot, designed to target
several strains of the virus 
    ** VBIV says one dose of the vaccine helped produce
neutralizing responses against Wuhan, Delta, Beta, Omicron BA.5
variants 
     ** Neutralizing antibodies were maintained through six
months - VBIV 
    ** As of last close, stock down ~95% YTD
