    ** Co says European Commission has granted marketing
authorization for its hepatitis B vaccine, PreHevbrio, for the
prevention of infection caused by all known subtypes of
hepatitis B virus in adults (https://refini.tv/3MB8A42)
    ** PreHevbrio was approved by the U.S. FDA in November 2021
    ** Co says regulatory review in United Kingdom is ongoing
    ** Up to last close, shares of VBIV down ~46.6% this year
