July 7 (Reuters) - Vector Ltd VCT.NZ :
* Has reached a settlement with commerce commission for an
unintended breach of its regulated price path
* Will return NZ$13.9 million to Auckland electricity
consumers by reducing amount of revenue it recovers over two
regulatory years starting in April 2018
* In FY2018, Vector's electricity revenues (and EBITDA)
will be $0.9m lower than they would otherwise have been
* All figures in NZ$
