NZ's Vector Ltd gains on higher FY profit

** Shares of Vector Ltd  VCT.NZ  rise as much as 3.5% to
NZ$3.81, their highest level since June 14
    ** The New Zealand based energy co posts FY adjusted
earnings for the group before interest, tax depreciation and
amortisation (adjusted EBITDA), for continuing operations, of
NZ$365.2 million ($226.94 million), up 14% from previous FY    
    ** Co declares final dividend of 13 NZ cents per share, plus
a special dividend of 1.75 NZ cents
    ** Stock fallen 1.3% this year as of last close
