The full annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2015 on which the auditor has given an unqualified report and which does not
contain a statement under section 498 of the Companies Act 2006, will be
delivered to the Registrar of Companies in due course. 
 
The accounting policies used in completing this financial information have
been consistently applied in all periods shown.  These accounting policies are
detailed in the Company's financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2015 and will be available for download on the Company's website from 02
September 2015.
