Result of Annual General Meeting
Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL.L), the leading supplier of composite
material kits to aerospace and other high-performance manufacturers, announces
that the resolutions put to Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the
Company held earlier today were duly passed.
The votes cast at the Annual General Meeting, including proxy votes, were as
