Notice of Results

Velocys plc (AIM: VLS), the sustainable fuels technology company, will report
its results for the full year ended 31 December 2021 on Tuesday, 17 May 2022.

A results presentation for sell-side analysts will be held on Microsoft Teams
at 11.00am on the morning of results, hosted by Henrik Wareborn, CEO and
Andrew Morris, CFO.

the production of negative Carbon Intensity synthetic, drop-in fuels from a
