Results of Annual General Meeting
Velocys plc (VLS.L), the sustainable fuels technology company, announces that,
at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to
shareholders were duly passed by means of a Poll.

the production of negative Carbon Intensity synthetic, drop-in fuels from a
