Velocys plc (VLS.L), the advanced biofuels company, is pleased to announce that copies of the 2018 annual report and accounts, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting, have been sent to all registered shareholders and will shortly be available for viewing on the Company's website, www.velocys.com.

The annual general meeting will be held at 10.45 am on Wednesday 12 June 2019 at the Milton Park Innovation Centre, 99 Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RY.
