U.S. stock index futures came under pressure on Tuesday after the Bank of Japan
surprised global investors with a policy shift that would allow long-term
interest rates to rise more. .N 
    At 7:19 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.18% at 33,033. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.04% at 3,847, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
0.17% at 11,173.75.
