Brief: Schibsted says 80 pct of Hemnet owners agree to sell

Dec 21 (Reuters) - Schibsted SBSTA.OL
* says signs agreement to acquire 80 percent of Hemnet
* acquisition values Hemnet at SEK 1.5 billion (enterprise
value on a 100 percent basis), which is equal to offer Schibsted
made in May 2015
* all four existing shareholders of Swedish real estate
classifieds site Hemnet have accepted Schibsted's offer to
acquire Hemnet
* Maklarsamfundet and Fastighetsmaklarforbundet to keep 10
pct each
* The acquisition is subject to clearance by Swedish
competition authorities (KKV). Schibsted is optimistic
concerning the prospects of a clearance
* Transaction is expected to close within first half 2016
* In the first nine months of 2015, Hemnet had revenues of
SEK 135 million and EBITDA of SEK 50 million
