Australia's Ventia falls most in 8 weeks on shareholders' stake sale

** Shares of Ventia Services group  VNT.AX  slip as much as
4% to A$2.430, their biggest intraday pct loss since March 8 
    ** The infrastructure services provider says shareholders
CIMIC Group Investments No. 3 and AIF VIII Singapore have each
sold about 62 mln shares in VNT 
    ** VNT says co was informed of the stake sale, which
occurred via underwritten block trade 
    ** Shares hit their lowest level since March 22 
    ** More than 129.4 mln shares change hands, compared with
the 30-day average volume of 3.6 mln shares  
    ** Stock up 5% this year, as of last close, vs 2.2% increase
in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
