** Shares of the infrastructure service provider  VNT.AX 
rise as much as 6.1% to an all-time high of A$2.71
    ** Ventia gets asset management services contract for the
Western Harbour Tunnel and Sydney Harbour Tunnel project by the

    ** Co says base contract is an initial 15-year term with two
10-year extension options and expected to generate about A$450
mln in revenue 
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain since March 16
    ** About 868,531 shares change hands vs their 30-day average
volume of 682,595 shares
    ** Stock up 30.5% this year, as of last close
