Australia's Ventia Services dips in heavy vol on stake sales

A$2.735 in well above average trading vol 
    ** Infrastructure services provider says CIMIC Group
Investments, Apollo sold 150.9 mln shares combined via block
trade
    ** Says CIMIC, Apollo now hold 7.35% and 4.32% stakes,
respectively
    ** About 73 mln VNT shares traded, nearly 31 times the
30-day daily
    ** Stock trims YTD gains to ~13.5%
