Notice of General Meeting

Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

Venture Life (AIM: VLG), a leader in product innovation, development and commercialisation within the global consumer healthcare sector, announces that a notice of a general meeting of the Company (the "GM") will be posted to shareholders on 4 July 2025 together with copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 that were published on 30 June 2025 (the "Annual Report").

The Annual Report is available in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.venture-life.com/, and the notice of GM will be made available on the same section of the Company's website on 4 July 2025.

The GM, to lay the Annual Report before shareholders, is to be held at the offices of Simmons & Simmons LLP, CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9SS at 10.00 a.m. on 5 August 2025, and follows the Company's annual general meeting held on 30 June 2025.

Investor Presentation

The Company also announces that Jerry Randall (CEO) and Daniel Wells (CFO) will provide a presentation via Investor Meet Company relating to the final results for the year ended 31 December 2024 at 10.00 a.m. on 3 July 2025.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
