Further to the Group's results for the year ended 31 December 2022 published
on 4 April 2023 (RNS: 2432V) the Board of VLG confirms that the Annual General
Meeting of Venture Life will be held on 22 May 2023 at 10.00am at the offices
of Simmons & Simmons LLP, Citypoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9SS.

Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2022 have been sent to shareholders and are available to be viewed on
