Director Dealings

Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and
commercialising products for the self-care market, announces that the Board
has approved an 18-month extension of the timeline in which Mr Jeremy Randall
may exercise the 483,333 share options granted to him on 5 November 2013 such
that these options will now lapse on 5 May 2025 rather than 5 November 2023.

As at the time of this announcement, Mr Randall owns 1.65% of the issued share
capital of VLG and holds 2,483,333 share options.
