PCA Dealing

 

Venture Life Group PLC (AIM: VLG), a recognised leader in proactive healthy,
product innovation, development, and commercialisation within the global
consumer healthcare sector, announces that it was notified on 11 February 2026
that Lewis Arthur, a PCA of Sarah Arthur, Interim Commercial Director of the
Company, purchased 2,959 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 67.38p per Ordinary Share on 29
January 2026 (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Sarah Arthur's beneficial interest in the Company,
including those held by her PCA, is 2,959 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.002
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
