Result of General Meeting
 
Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG) is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today all resolutions, as set out in the Circular dated 20 July 2018, were duly passed. Application has been made for 46,875,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission and dealings in the 46,875,000 new Ordinary Shares will commence at 08:00 a.m. on 7 August 2018. 
 
Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 83,712,106 Ordinary Shares; no shares are held in treasury. The above figure of 83,712,106 Ordinary Shares may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
