** Shares of medical beauty device maker Venus Concept VERO.O rise 60% to $3.83 premarket

** Co says it is selling its hair restoration business to Seoul-based firm Meta Healthcare for $20 million in cash

** The sale includes the ARTAS and NeoGraft hair transplant tech and their California manufacturing facility, co says

** Deal expected to close in Q3 of 2025

** As of last close, stock down 42% YTD
