    ** Investor Ashish Rameshchandra Kacholia buys 400,000
shares at 750 rupees each
    ** Nuvama Wealth Finance sells 138,000 shrs at 750.02 rupees
each
    ** Stock last up ~6%, set for biggest one-day jump since
mid-Oct and on track for third consecutive session of gains
    ** VENS has been trading above its 50-, 100-, and 200-DMAs
since March 31, indicating bullish sentiment 
    ** RSI above 70, indicating that stock is overbought
    ** Trading vol in early session already 4.5x the 30-day avg
    ** Stock last up ~6%, taking YTD gains to ~16%
