** Shares of Venus Pipes and Tubes  VENS.NS  rise 3.1% to
record high of 1,998.1 rupees; stock last up 2.3%
    ** VENS hit a record high in the previous session as well,
amid high volume; it closed up 5.5%
    ** Stock has surged nearly 6x since its listing in May 2022
    ** Analyst avg rating on VENS is "strong buy" - LSEG data
    ** Their median PT is 2,211.5 rupees, ~12% higher than
current price
    ** Ambit Capital expects Venus's growth to accelerate due to
expanding export opportunities and the government's import
substitution norms
