Adds: Oil and Natural Gas Corp, CK Hutchison Holdings, Coforge

March 4 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on Tuesday:

** Indian oil explorer Oil and Natural Gas Corp ONGC.NS said its unit acquired clean energy firm PTC Energy for 9.25 billion Indian rupees ($106.02 million) as the company looks to ramp up its green energy portfolio.

** Hong Kong's CK Hutchison Holdings 0001.HK said a consortium including BlackRock Inc BLK.N will buy an 80% stake in Hutchison Ports group for an equity value of $14.21 billion.

** Indian IT services provider Coforge COFO.NS said it had entered into a 13-year agreement valued at $1.56 billion with Sabre Corp SABR.O to strengthen the U.S.-listed travel booking provider's product roadmap.

** Honeywell International  said it would buy pump-maker Sundyne from private-equity firm Warburg Pincus for $2.16 billion in cash, as the U.S. conglomerate strengthens its energy business ahead of a planned three-way split.

** Bridge Specialty Group, the wholesale broking division of Brown & Brown, has completed its previously announced acquisition of Columbus, Ohio-based NBS Insurance Agency from Nationwide.

** Spanish holding vehicle Criteria will buy a 5% stake in French waste and water management company Veolia Environnement  and have a representative on its board, it said on Tuesday.

** Italy's Banco BPM  aims to launch its offer to buy the fund manager Anima Holding  "from the second half of March," CEO Giuseppe Castagna told Il Sole 24 Ore daily in an interview published on Tuesday.

** Seven & i 3382.T plans to reject a takeover bid from Canada's Alimentation Couche-Tard ATD.TO as the retailer seeks to enhance its corporate value on its own, the Yomiuri newspaper reported.
