June 6 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    Atos  ATOS.PA :
    The French IT consulting firm said on Thursday it had
extended the deadline for selection of a preferred financial
restructuring proposal to the beginning of next week.
    
    Riber  ALRIB.PA :
    The French semiconductor industy supplier denied rumours of
strategic cooperation with a Chinese company and the acquisition
of MBE 8000 systems by this company.
    
    Stellantis  STLAM.MI 
    The carmaker said on Wednesday no additional recalls were
planned over faulty airbags from a supplier after newspaper Le
Parisien reported the carmaker was set to widen recalls for some
Citroen models produced between 2009 and 2019.
    
    
    
    Veon  VON.AS 
    The Amsterdam-listed telecom company, owner of Ukraine's
mobile operator Kyivstar, targets growth in sales, core profit
and margins in the medium term, it said on Thursday ahead of its
capital markets day.
    
    Vinci  SGEF.PA :
    Vinci said its construction business has acquired Newport
Construction in the U.S. and Entreprises Marchand & Frères
(EMF)in Canada
