Oct 1 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ALTAREA  IMAF.PA 
    The property developer completed a 300 million euro 
($334.23 million) bond issue.
    
    CASINO  CASP.PA 
    The supermarket chain will present a new strategy in
November. Heavy job cuts are expected.
    
    ENGIE  ENGIE.PA 
    The natural gas distribution firm won a concession to build
and operate around 1,000 KM of transmission lines in Brazil.
    
    FRENCH CAR REGISTRATIONS DOWN
    French car registrations were down about 11% in September,
an industry body said on Tuesday.
    
    LVMH  LVMH.PA  
    The luxury giant sold the company that owns the Off-White
brand to management company Bluestar Alliance LLC. The terms of
the transaction were not disclosed.
    
    SOLUTIONS 30  S30.PA 
    The Luxembourg-based firm will partner with Atlante for the
installation of 50 electric vehicle charging stations in Spain
in a bid to increase EV charging capacity in southern Spain and
Catalonia.
    
    STELLANTIS STLAM.MI  RECALL
    The French-Italian automaker said Monday it is recalling
194,000 plug-in hybrid electric Jeep SUVs to address fire risks
after 13 fires were reported.

    The property developer sold its Gaîté-Montparnasse Office.
    
    VEON  VON.AS 
    The telecommunications firm completed the sale of its stake
in Kazakhstan's TNS+ to JV Partner.
