French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

Oct 15 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    AUTOS 
    Global sales of fully electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles
rose by an annual 30.5% in September, as China surpassed its
record numbers recorded in August and Europe resumed growth,
market research firm Rho Motion said on Tuesday.
    Meanwhile, Chinese and European automakers are going
head-to-head at the Paris car show this week.

    U.S. consumers suing the French luxury house have revised
their lawsuit once again, hoping to persuade a skeptical judge
that the company is forcing buyers to spend thousands of dollars
on other products before they can purchase one of its famed
Birkin bags.
    
    JCDECAUX  JCDX.PA 
    The company won a 20-year contract to manage 225 fully
digital advertising assets in Rio de Janeiro.
    
    SAINT-GOBAIN  SGOB.PA 
    The French firm reached a binding agreement to buy quarry
and mineral processor Kilwaughter. 

    VEON  VON.AS 
    The telecoms operator named Andrey Pyatakhin as the next CEO
of Beeline Uzbekistan.
    
    VINCI  SGEF.PA   
    The company secured a 432 million euros contract for a
