Aug 1 (Reuters) - Dutch telecom company Veon VON.AS ,
the owner of Ukraine's biggest mobile operator Kyivstar, intends
to de-list its shares from Euronext Amsterdam and be solely
listed in New York, it said on Thursday.
Veon currently has a dual listing, on Euronext Amsterdam and
the New York Stock Exchange.
It expects the de-listing from Amsterdam to take place in
the fourth quarter, after which it will launch a share buyback
for up to $100 million with respect to its American depositary
shares, it said.
