4.7% to $28.75 premarket  
    ** VERA to issue and sell $200 mln of its Class A common
shares 
    ** Separately says it has cash, cash equivalents and
securities of about $160.7 mln, as of Dec. 31, 2023 
    ** JPMorgan, TD Cowen and Evercore ISI acting as joint
bookrunners for equity offering 
    ** The firm has a market cap of $1.34 bln and outstanding
shares of 44.43 mln - LSEG data
    ** Stock more than tripled in the last 12 months
