** Engineering and training services provider divests its private unit Competency Training for A$11.5 mln ($7.58 mln); deal is subject to approval from Australia's foreign investment regulator

** Says divestment will allow flexibility to pursue acquisitions
and organic growth opportunities in energy transition and automation, its core segments

** YTD, stock down 22.2%
