Austria's Verbund proposes special dividend of 1.15 euros per share
BERLIN, Dec 3 (Reuters) - Austrian utility Verbund AG's executive board has proposed a special dividend of 1.15 euros ($1.34) per share for the 2025 financial year, to be presented at the annual general meeting, the company announced on Wednesday. The Austrian government is the utility's largest shareholder with a 51% stake through its holding company Oebag. ($1 = 0.8573 euros) ((rachel.more@thomsonreuters.com;))
