VeriSign rises after Berkshire boosts stake again

**  Internet services firm VeriSign's  VRSN.O  shares rise
3.1% to $211.47 premarket 
    ** Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway  BRKa.N  added about
76,487 shares of VRSN for about $15.6 million between Dec. 26
and Dec. 30, as per SEC filing 
    ** Berkshire holds ~13.8% stake, with 13,269,836 shares
worth over $2.72 billion
    ** Berkshire has been steadily building VRSN stake in
December, buying about 143,000 shares between Dec. 20 and Dec.
24, and 234,312 shares between Dec. 17 and Dec. 19 
    ** VRSN on track for eighth straight day of gains, best
winning streak in over one year 
    ** Stock on track for 9.5% monthly rise, its best month
since October 2022
    ** Berkshire is co's largest stakeholder as per LSEG data
    ** Two of 4 brokerages rate the stock "strong buy", 2
"hold"; median PT is $210
    ** Up to Monday's close, stock down about 0.4% YTD
