Result of General Meeting

 

Verici Dx Plc, (AIM: VRCI), a developer of advanced clinical diagnostics for
organ transplant, announces that at the General Meeting ("GM") held earlier
today, all resolutions, as set out in the GM notice published on 9 May 2025,
were duly passed on a poll. Resolution 1 was passed as an ordinary resolution
and resolution 2 was passed as a special resolution.

 

The voting results of the GM were as follows:
