Verint Systems shares reverse to red on Thoma Bravo buyout deal

** Shares of customer engagement platform Verint Systems VRNT.O down 1.42% at $20.18 premarket

** Shares had jumped over 12% before reversing course

** Co to be acquired by Thoma Bravo in an all-cash transaction valued at $2 bln

** VRNT unitholders to receive $20.50 per share, an 18% premium to co's 10-day volume weighted average share price up to June 25

** Co suspends quarterly earnings conference calls, share buyback and will no longer be providing quarterly or annual guidance

** As of last close, VRNT shares down ~25.43% YTD
