       Jan 19 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on
Thursday:
        ** Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited  SUN.NS  said
it will acquire U.S.-based Concert Pharmaceuticals  CNCE.O  for
$576 million in cash to gain access to its experimental drug for

        ** Kushner Companies denied informing Veris Residential
Inc  VRE.N  it was not interested in pursuing an acquisition of

 PHOE1.TA  has bought 25 billion shekels ($7.3 billion) worth of
managed assets from the Psagot brokerage for 310 million

        ** China's securities regulator approved a bid by

    ** U.S. oil and gas exploration and production company
Chesapeake Energy Corp  CHK.O  said on Wednesday it had agreed
to sell part of its operations in south Texas to private
