July 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Wednesday :

** Data analytics firm Verisk  said it will buy AccuLynx, which makes software for roofing contractors, for $2.35 billion as it looks for a bigger foothold in a key segment of the residential insurance market.

** Palo Alto Networks  will buy Israeli peer CyberArk Software  for about $25 billion, in its biggest deal yet, as CEO Nikesh Arora seeks to create a comprehensive cybersecurity provider to tap into rising AI-driven demand.

** British supermarket group Sainsbury's  has agreed to sell Sainsbury's Bank's travel money business to Fexco Group, it said, continuing its withdrawal from banking services.

** Evercore EVR.N will acquire British boutique investment bank Robey Warshaw for $196 million, the U.S. investment bank said. nL4N3TR0K9

** French electrical equipment maker Schneider Electric SCHN.PA said that it has agreed to buy Temasek's 35% stake in its Indian joint venture for 5.5 billion euros ($6.4 billion) in cash. nL1N3TR06Y

** Britain's International Personal Finance IPF.L said it is in advanced talks with U.S.-based specialty finance group BasePoint Capital over a 223.8 pence per share potential takeover offer. nL4N3TR0II

** European investment firm EQT EQTAB.ST will launch a $2.7 billion tender offer for Fujitec 6406.T at 5,700 yen per share, the Japanese elevator maker said. nL1N3TR010

** Oilfield services firm Baker Hughes BKR.O said on Tuesday it would buy Chart Industries GTLS.N in a $13.6 billion all-cash deal, including debt, topping a previously-agreed merger offer that Chart struck with rival Flowserve FLS.N last month. nL4N3TQ0T9

** Union Pacific UNP.N said on Tuesday it would buy smaller rival Norfolk Southern NSC.N in an $85 billion deal to create the first U.S. coast-to-coast freight rail operator and reshape the movement of goods from grains to autos across the country. nL4N3TQ0WC

** NYSE parent Intercontinental Exchange ICE.N is in talks to buy Enverus in a deal that would value the energy data and analytics specialist firm at least $6 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3TQ23W

** Spanish water and renewable energy company Cox COXGA.MC is considering buying Iberdrola's IBE.MC assets in Mexico, Chief Executive Nacho Moreno told Reuters , as part of the company's strategy to pursue growth through acquisitions. nL8N3TR0J9

** Banco BPM BAMI.MI, Italy's third-largest, is looking at potential merger and acquisition deals and has several options on the table, its CEO Giuseppe Castagna told Italian daily La Stampa. nL8N3TR07T

** Three groups including Bain Capital and KKR KKR.N are preparing to bid for Sapporo Holdings' 2501.T real estate business, according to two sources familiar with the matter. nL4N3TR083

** Dye & Durham DND.TO will review strategic alternatives to stabilize its finances and may even consider selling itself, it said on Tuesday, reaching a settlement that avoids a proxy fight with its second-largest investor, Plantro. nL4N3TR05Q
