** The company said it will buy AccuLynx, which makes software for roofing contractors, for $2.35 billion

* Co also reports Q2 adjusted earnings per share of $1.88, beats analysts' estimates of $1.77, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Seven of 19 brokerages rate the stock at "buy" or higher, 11 "hold", and one "sell"; their median PT is $314 - LSEG data

** Including session's moves, stock up ~2% YTD
