** VRSK forecasts 2025 adjusted earnings per share in the range of $6.80 to $7.10, below analysts' estimates of $7.31 per share, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Company expects its 2025 interest expense to be in the range of $145 mln to $165 mln, compared with $124.6 mln in 2024, reflecting higher debt balances

** Verisk's fourth-quarter revenue rose 8.6% to $736 mln from a year earlier, beating analysts' average estimate of $733.7 mln

** Nine of 18 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, nine "hold"; their median PT is $298, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Including session's moves, stock up ~5.5% YTD
