The Company received notification on October 23, 2014 that Randal S. Milch, Executive Vice President - Public Policy & General Counsel of the Company, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 2,790 shares of common stock of the Company (the"Shares") on October 22, 2014. Mr. Milch sold the Shares in the United States at an average price of USD 48.61. The sale of the Shares was made pursuant to Mr. Milch's sales plan under Rule 10b5-1(c) of the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
