The Company received notification on March 29, 2016 that Craig L. Silliman, Executive Vice President of Public Policy and General Counsel of the Company, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 672 shares of common stock of the Company (the"Shares") on March 28, 2016. Mr. Silliman sold the Shares in the United States at an average price of USD 53.57. The sale of the Shares was made pursuant to Mr. Silliman's sales plan under Rule 10b5-1(c) of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
