** Verra Mobility  VRRM.O  shares up 5.68% at $16.56; on track
for biggest daily pct gain since Dec. 21
    ** The mobility technology for transportation company
forecast FY22 total revenue between $694 mln to $715 mln, above
the consensus view of $645.38 mln, per Refinitiv estimate

    ** VRRM also forecast adjusted EBITDA between $312 mln to
$322 mln against Street view of $306.72 mln
    ** Current median price target is $20 per share, unchanged
over the past three months
    ** VRRM shares up ~7% YTD including move on Thurs
