Investor Event - 2 February 2022

 

Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced engineering materials group, is pleased
to an announce an investor event to be held on 2 February 2022.

Neill Ricketts, the Company's Chief Executive Officer will be hosting the
event at Versarien's production facilities in Longhope, Gloucestershire which
will allow participants to have the opportunity to learn more about the
Company's Cementene(TM) graphene enhanced concrete, the materials technology
and how the Company can provide solutions to applications partners for
achieving Net Zero, together with observing a practical demonstration of
Cementene's(TM) use.

Cementene(TM) is an admixture which can be added on site or at existing
concrete batching plants. Its benefits include reduced CO(2), reduced material
usage, reduced cost of the end product and improved resistance to water
permeability. The practical demonstration will involve the graphene enhanced
concrete, Cementene(TM), pour of the floor of the Company's proposed new
Innovation Centre.  The pour will also be incorporating graphene-based
polypropylene reinforcing fibres to avoid the use of traditional steel rebar.
