Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group announces that following the Subscription and Sharing Agreement notified on 23 March 2020 and the associated increase in the total voting rights of the Company, Jarvis Investment Management Limited (a nominee holder), as a result, no longer holds a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
