to confirm the 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has now been
posted to shareholders and is available to download from the investor

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 30 September 2022 at
Gloucester Rugby, Kingsholm Stadium, Kingsholm Road, Kingsholm, Gloucester,
