Notice of Preliminary Results 
 
Versarien plc (AIM:VRS), the advanced engineering materials group, today
announces that its Preliminary Results statement for the year ended 31 March
2014 will be released on Tuesday, 22 July 2014. 
 
An analyst briefing will be given by Neill Ricketts (Chief Executive Officer),
Chris Leigh (Group Finance Director) and Will Battrick (Chief Technology
Officer) at 9.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 22 July 2014, at the offices of Abchurch
