Versarien Plc (AIM:VRS), the advanced engineering materials group, announces
that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 has today
been posted to Shareholders.

of Annual General Meeting, is available from the Company's website at

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday 22
