Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

 

Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, announces
that Neill Ricketts has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The executive directors will continue to manage the Company supported by the
non-executive directors. The Board is considering the appropriate longer term
management structure of the Company and further announcements will be made in
due course, as appropriate.

 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of
the UK version of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 which is part of UK law by
virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended.
