** Shares of enterprise tax technology solutions provider
Vertex Inc  VERX.O  up 11.6% at $16.7 in premarket trade
    ** Reported Q4 adj EPS of $0.08, beating Wall Street
estimated of loss of $0.02 per share
    ** Q4 rev of $131.1 mln also beat analyst estimates of
$125.96 mln 
    ** Co also increased FY 2023 rev guidance to be between $550
mln and $556 mln from between $484.5 mln to $487.5 mln
    ** YTD, company's shares are up 3.45%
