** Company forecasts first-quarter revenue of $175 million to $178 million, below analysts' estimate of $180 million, per data compiled by LSEG

** Company also reports fourth-quarter revenue of $178.5 million, above analysts' estimate of $176.9 million

** Posts quarterly adj EPS of $0.15, above analysts' estimate of $0.14

** Company expects FY 2025 revenue of $760 million to $768 million

** VERX's shares rose about 98% in 2024
