** Brokerage H.C. Wainwright initiates coverage on U.S.
listed shares of air-taxi maker Vertical Aerospace  M000.F  with
"buy" rating
    ** PT of $12 represents 141% upside to stock's last close
    ** "We believe company's geographic location in the UK,
proprietary battery system, cruise speed of 150 mph, and flight
range of up to 100 miles provide some differentiation" -

    ** Says company has built an "impressive" order book worth
roughly $6 bln amounting to around 1,500 eVTOLs
    ** "Company aims to leverage its expanding base of partners
to drive sales" - brokerage
    ** Company's production ramp-up strategy should be
supportive to accomplishing certification milestones more

    ** In 2024, stock was up 82.9%
